After nearly three decades of clinical and warfighting experience, I am now working across international organisations with specialist roles at NATO and the UN,to solve problems, deliver solutions and operationalise products. Bringing individuals and organisations together to create new capabilities; after all that is how innovation is used to deliver new capabilities. 

Previous roles as the Head of the NATO HQ SACT Medical Branch leading strategic organisational change in Medical Support across the NATO alliance at. NATO HQ Supreme Allied Transformation Command’s (HQ SACT) and more recently for DHMOSH at the United Nations delivering a solution to a pain point for the organisation. 

My current role is in a Specialist Contractor role to the Division of Healthcare Management and Occupational Safety and Health (DHMOSH) at the United Nations and previous consulting roles include the Medical Product owner for the development of Innovation products at NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation where I coordinated the design, development and operational delivery of successful medical support software applications. 

An experienced military medical practitioner with extensive operational, clinical and medical leadership wisdom, with specialisation in Strategic Management and Leadership, Quality Improvement, patient safety and medical software development at national and supra-national level and also up to date with contemporary clinical and military practice as a current licenced and practicing clinical doctor. 

Now working to solve problems and deliver specialist solutions for international health care, disaster health and crisis intervention where it really counts.
