Patrícia Cardoso is a university professor and strategic career mentor with 25 years of experience in training healthcare professionals. Holding a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), she works in the education of Medicine, Dentistry, and Physical Therapy students, as well as in the development of healthcare professionals, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship, career development, strategy, and professional growth. She was invited to serve as an advisor professor for the Junior Medical Enterprise at SUPREMA. Throughout her career, she has transitioned across clinical care, teaching, entrepreneurship, and professional development—an experience that directed her focus toward a central question: why do highly competent and dedicated professionals not always manage to turn their potential into sustainable professional growth? She is the founder of the PULSAR Laboratory, an independent initiative dedicated to studying strategic clarity and professional development. Currently, she focuses her research on Strategic Clarity and the processes involved in establishing direction and coherence in career paths. Her work integrates practical experience, education, and research, seeking to understand how professionals can transform competence and effort into more conscious choices, strategic direction, and sustainable growth.
